Effective Monday, March 16, Nantucket Energy will be temporary closed to in-person transactions.

Nantucket Energy is monitoring and taking actions to respond to the rapidly evolving public health situation around COVID-19, the new coronavirus. As always, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and community members are our top priority. There is much that is still unknown about the virus and what the ramifications of this outbreak will be. New information is discovered each day, new developments are occurring, and we are all reliant upon the experts to update the general public in real time.

We are staffed and able to provide full services and support over the phone.

  • Customers are asked to do all transactions either through their account log-in or by phone.
  • Grill tanks can be picked up from our office and payments can be processed, however, customers will be asked to remain outside.

Rest assured Nantucket Energy is well prepared with additional propane underground storage.  Our customers will have uninterrupted propane supply during this unprecedented event.

We are a family owned and operated business, from our family to yours “our staff, licensed plumbers, and technicians are your neighbors looking out for you 24/7.”  Your health and safety are our top priorities.  Please call or email us if you need propane assistance.
