Our hours at Nantucket Energy’s office at 8B Amelia Drive are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  You can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 508-228-6240.  If you are calling after hours, just follow the service prompts on our phone system to get the service you need.


Remember that at Nantucket Energy, customer service is our top priority. To make it easier for you, all of our services are available to you online on our website.  Regardless of the time of day or night, or even if you are off-island, you can make a service request, order a fill for your grill tank with your next gas delivery, let us know if you are moving or have changed your address and more — all with one of our convenient online forms.  Our goal is to keep it simple.


You can also access your own account information day or night via the My Account  section of our website.  Using the My Account  feature, you can request electronic billing, pay your bills, check your tank levels and view your payment history.
