Nantucket Energy Corp., LLC was formed in 2008 by Nantucketers Phil Marks and Jamie Ranney in order to provide a locally-owned, competitive, alternative propane gas supplier for Nantucket.     

Beginning in Fall 2008, Nantucket Energy formally launched operations on the island and began meeting the needs of Nantucket's propane gas users.

Nantucket Energy wants your business.  As part of our approach to supplying your propane needs, Nantucket Energy spent months seeking input from consumers, doing market research, and examining the latest technologies in the propane business.  As a result, Nantucket Energy brings you the latest and most up-to-date programs available.

Simply fill out our online application.  Or you can stop by our office and fill out an application.  Once your application has been submitted, we will be back in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a start-date for your service.   And don't worry about cancelling your existing service.  We will take care of that for you.  If you own your own storage tank(s), we can start service immediately.  If your tanks need to be changed, we will schedule that to be done to ensure there is no interruption in your service.  We will take care of everything.
